Refund policy

Purple Rose Wellness offers store credit or exchanges if you are not pleased with your purchase. We do not offer refunds. Our policy is effective 5 days from the receipt of your order. If 5 or more days have gone by since you received your order, we cannot provide store credit or an exchange.
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must also mail back the item you are unsatisfied with in order to receive store credit. Your store credit, if eligible, will include free shipping on the item you use your store credit for.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be equivalent the one you are dissatisfied with in monetary value and in quantity. You must also mail back the item you would like exchanged before a replacement item is mailed to you.

To complete your exchange or request for store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Purple Rose Wellness reserves the right to decline any requests for store credit or exchanges.
