Our Strawberry Cheesecake in a jar is the perfect combination of tasty and pretty!\nHere's the recipe:\nIngredients\n\n1 1\/2 cups Crushed Graham Crackers\n1\/2 cup Butter (1 Stick)\n1lb Fresh Strawberries (diced into small pieces)\n2 8oz Packs of Low-Fat Cream Cheese (Room Temperature) \n1tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream\n2tbsp Granulated Sugar or Honey\n2tbsp - (yes, a lot) of Vanilla Extract \n1 Medium Sized Bowl\n1 Large Bowl\n6 8oz Mason Jars, or 3 16oz Mason Jars\nExtra sliced strawberries and fresh mint for garnish (optional)\n\nDirections\n\nMelt butter in a medium-sized bowl and add crushed graham crackers. Mix with your hands or a spoon until well combined.\nAdd some of the graham cracker mixture to the bottom of your jars and set aside. \nPut your cream cheese in a large bowl, and let it reach room temperature. Once your cream cheese reaches room temperature, grab a hand mixer or a stand mixer and whip for 3-4 minutes until smooth and fluffy. \nBeat in the diced strawberries until combined with minimal clumps. \nAdd your heavy whipping cream, sugar or honey, and vanilla extract and whip until well combined with the other ingredients. \nAdd the strawberry mixture to your jars until they are about 1\/3 full, and then layer with more of the graham cracker mixture, and then fill the remaining jar space with more of the strawberry mixture.
